Improving Lives, Improving Public Safety: Post Secondary Online Education for Offenders: Selected Reading

Materials describing the online inmate distance learning program are contained in this document. The goal of the program is to deliver course content via the Internet, while inmates work at computers that are not Internet-enabled.
