Do you need to locate training opportunities that you can take advantage of outside the classroom? Would you like to access training from the comfort of your office or your home?

We provide online training options for you to complete on your own and at your own pace via the NIC Learning Center. The NIC Learning Center is the gateway for correctional professionals to access world class training:

NIC Learning Center Highlights

Web-based Training (WBT)- 160 Self-paced training courses on an array of leadership, management and specialized correctional topics.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)- Join colleagues from across the country on-line in a virtual learning community. VILT offerings complement leadership, management, and special correctional topics.
